Data Deletion Instructions
You can request deletion of data associated with your use of Mayaverse Labs products (including Shopify apps and mobile apps).
1) Request deletion by email
Email: support@mayaverselabs.com
Subject: Data Deletion Request
2) What to include
- The email address associated with your account
- Product name (e.g., “Profit Cockpit”)
- If you used a Shopify app: your Shopify store domain (e.g.,
your-store.myshopify.com) - If you connected an ad platform via OAuth: the connected account identifier (if known) and which provider (Meta / Google)
3) What we delete
- Stored integration credentials/tokens (where applicable)
- App configuration and linked identifiers needed to operate the service
- Stored copies of data we processed for your account (if any), subject to the limits below
4) What we may retain
We may retain limited information where required for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legal compliance. We will minimize retained data and restrict access.
5) Typical processing time
We typically complete deletion requests within a reasonable timeframe. Complex requests or those requiring verification may take longer.
6) Disconnecting integrations
- Shopify: You can uninstall the app from your Shopify admin to stop data access.
- Meta/Google: You can revoke access from your provider’s connected apps settings to stop future access.
