These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Mayaverse Labs websites, Shopify apps (including “Profit Cockpit”), and mobile apps. By using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1) Eligibility and accounts

  • You must have the authority to connect accounts and services you authorize (e.g., Shopify store, ad accounts).
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for activities under your account.

2) Using the service

  • You may use the service only in compliance with applicable laws and platform policies (Shopify, Meta, Google, Apple, etc.).
  • You agree not to misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with service operation.

3) Integrations and permissions (Shopify / OAuth providers)

Our apps may require permissions to access data from Shopify or third-party providers. You control what you authorize. If you revoke permissions or uninstall an app, some functionality may stop immediately.

4) Intellectual property

We retain all rights, title, and interest in our software, design, and documentation. You retain rights to your own data and content.

5) Fees and subscriptions (if applicable)

If any product is offered as a paid plan, pricing and billing terms will be shown at purchase/upgrade time. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

6) Disclaimer

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

7) Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mayaverse Labs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the service.

8) Termination

  • You may stop using the service at any time. For Shopify apps, you can uninstall the app from your Shopify admin.
  • We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, misuse the service, or if required for security or legal reasons.

9) Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date.

10) Governing law

These Terms are governed by the internation laws, excluding its conflict of laws principles.
